7 Yoga Poses That Promote Better Hair Growth

Whenever I hear the term “yoga”, my mind instantly identifies with the term “circulation.”. Practicing yoga poses for better hair health wasn’t on my bingo card, but here I am. Often, I neglect my hair; although it’s growing, I forget to love and care for my strands like I used to. I love my natural hair and am happy that I can manage it as a curly natural or straight natural. My hair has always been low-maintenance and fairly accepting of new products. Now, as I merge into my 40s soon, I’ve become even more holistic, which leads me to the point of this post and learning yoga poses for better hair growth.

1. Ustrasana (Camel Pose)
