TikTok’s hack is to line both the inner lip line and the outer one to create instant fullness and definition. The result: lips that look more plump and shaped without overlining into obvious territory.
How to Try It:
- Start with a sharpened lip liner in a shade close to your natural lip tone.
- Trace your natural lip line first.
- Lightly outline the faint second border above it.
- Blend with a brush or finger so the edges look seamless.
- Fill with gloss or lipstick for a lifted, fuller look.
It is quick, it is easy, and it actually works — no filler required.
