When I first saw the viral strawberry makeup trending on TikTok, I thought it should have been red. However, I noticed more shades of pink and red, and appeared to give a flushed look with a glow. I eventually gave it a try and went with a glowing pink makeup for dark skin version on my first try.

I immediately thought about Juvia’s Place because the brand is known for having shades that are highly pigmented for dark skin makeup looks. For this look, I used the Culture 2 palette, and the eyeshadow went on smoothly and stayed in place pretty much all day.
Although this strawberry makeup look for dark skin is all about the pink hues, I love how the foundation base is dewy and smooth. If you’re into perfecting your base routine, you should give the Lancome Care and Glow foundation a try. It’s a true match for my skin tone, it’s light, full coverage, and doesn’t move around if you use a finishing spray that works.
