The Best Weekend Girls Trip To Las Vegas

Things To Do On Weekend Trip To Las Vegas!

Want to have some fast fun? Need a quick getaway? Well, I did all the work, so now you have an itinerary. After spending two days in Las Vegas and jamming in activities each day, I survived!

Saturday Afternoon: I started off with an early check-in at my hotel (OYO Hotel, formerly The Hooters Hotel) and quickly had to shower and get to my lunch reservations at the Carlos N Charlies Mexican Grill. Please note that we are still in a pandemic, so most places prefer that you make reservations. Moving right along, while we were at the restaurant, I ordered their Guacamole Burger and fries with a Jack n Pepsi (they didn’t have a Coke”).

Now hear me out. I’m not picky, but the food lacked just a bit of seasoning on everything. It was happy hour, and they offered 2-for-1 margaritas, so I ordered a strawberry margarita, it wasn’t bad, but you could tell the alcohol portion was almost non-existent. The vibe, however, was really nice; the music, staff, & seating were all pretty cool. They do have pretty fast service considering they were understaffed on a Saturday we arrived.

Saturday Evening: Saturday Evening we had reservations at the LUNA LOUNGE. Let me tell you, our entry was not pleasant whatsoever. The front door attendant was just not great a getting our reservations and tables quickly. The site says no more than 6 people per reservation and we had 2 reserved tables. However, the tables are small. Like really small. You’d have to be 100 pounds soaking wet to be comfortable and It was only 5 of us at our table & 4 at the other table. They also split our tables even tho there were two empty tables side by side. Now, the good part is our waitress was amazing. We made it work.

If you trek your way to this lounge, understand that there is a table time limit. Yup, feels like a dine & dash hookah bar. The music was great, the food was great, and the vibe was on point. The only problem was the door guy who even kept coming inside with the evil stare-down lol! Not just on us either, I guess he was having an off night but he was just not cool. He wasn’t disrespectful, he was just not in the best mood.

Sunday Afternoon: Sunday was amazing. I highly recommend Circa Stadium Swim in Las Vegas. The reservation prices will vary, but ultimately you could make general admission reservations and sit freely around the pool. The cabanas started at $2k and the Day beds at $1k… these were not attached to bottle service. The music was standard mixes of all genres and the DJ was awesome. Now, Circa Swim is a sporty environment and would be amazing for all sports fans considering they play all the games on their extremely huge screens outside at the pool.

If you find yourself getting hungry, honestly you can order anything. The sliders were seasoned lol, the fries were as well, and the chips and salsa were fresh. Also, the drinks were on point. My only big recommendation is to reserve early because tickets go fast & if you have a large group… splurge on the cabana. You will thank me later because the cabanas are covered. Otherwise, you will be hot AF because the pools are between a mirrored type of building, and the sun attacks from all sides lol!

Sunday Evening: Ideally we all were exhausted from the pool party and were moving like turtles this evening and was too late to attend THE BLUE MARTINI. Listen, weren’t mad lol! We were ready for bed and refused to stand in line. This was the only place I didn’t make reservations at. I’ve been there before and I can vouch by saying this spot is poppin’. The music and drinks and vibe is crazy good. However, make a reservation or you will most likely not get in lol!
